Phoned to ask about getting my daughter’s laptop repaired. Very polite and professional over the phone and even more so in person. Dropped it off Tuesday and within a few hours had a phone call to say that parts needed to be ordered. Even with this, I had it back Friday. Very good service and very reasonable price. I would highly recommend if you need any repairs carried out. Thanks.
Went into Cumputashack, with a laptop which is 17 yrs old, was greeted by a lovely young man Oliver, who was so helpful and didn’t make us feel stupid, as we not up to date with tech, he recommended what we needed to use on the laptop to download cds on to a MP4 player. Thank you Oliver your advice worked and I have started down loading the CDs.
