While my laptop was fixed properly, with no further issues, I can’t recommend this shop. Mind you, the people at the store were very friendly, I had no problem with their attitude. Unfortunately it took unacceptably long for my repair to be completed. After making payment in late Jan, I was told it would be around 8 days for my part to come. It took until mid March for the repair to be completed. I did not receive updates on the issues relating to the delivery of the part until i called the shop myself. When I handed in my laptop on the monday for the repair to be made I was told the next day, and I kept being told the next day until Thursday when i finally picked up my repaired laptop. To their credit, the people at the store were very apologetic, but I would not use this store again.

AVIOD THIS COMPANY ….This company is a pure joke. My ps5 was playing up and they said it would be a quick fix, then the next week it was unfixable. Then it was fixable but completely a different issue, then it was fixed and didn’t connect to wifi. Asked for it back and it’s still not working at all. They had it for a month and a half. The ps5 its self looks like its been in a basement from the 50s as theres layers of dust all over it. Very unprofessional people, lazy work. Dont think there shop will be running for very long.

Where to start…. I have been using this company for many many years and if you need someone reliable and who you can depend on look no further. Nothing is ever to much. From window laptops, to apple macbooks, tablets, watches, hard drives, you name it he is plugged in all the way. My go to guy in all my tech needs and at a competitive price. Very transparent and straight forward. You will not be disappointed. Take it from someone who depends on their tech. A thousands thank. B
