First time using this business and I rarely write reviews either! I needed to upgrade my pc and the guys who work here provided some helpful knowledge to my partners PC. This made me decide to use these to upgrade my pc as well, they were both very friendly and professional. Had a depth of knowledge and knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking to gain from my upgrade. The pricing is very competitive and done at a very professional fast turn around, this won’t be the last time using them!
Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial phone call about my laptop, the service engineer was very polite and helpful. On arrival he was quick to diagnose the problem and give a estimate of the cost. Said it would be done by next morning and sure enough, had a call next morning, it was ready to be picked up. They have done a excellent job, said it would load quicker, it’s better than when i first bought it. Can highly recommend them.
On Monday 10 June 2024 I bought a new PC, Keyboard and Mouse. All went home and it was a brilliant set up apart from my old Ricoh Printer which I could not get connected, however Brendan stepped on and took control and connected it perfectly with the scanner. I was delighted with the tech support I received. This is a great company and support is only a phone call away. Thank you so much CLS of Duckmanton.
