Brought my phone in to have the shattered back glass repaired. Nothing else wrong with the handset, totally functioning in all other ways.
When I came to collect it I was asked to pay in cash (even though this wasn’t mentioned at drop off). Sketchy.
Took it home only to find the camera incapable of focusing, with four water spots on the lens. See the associated image with blurry spots.
Called to ask for a resolution and was told that the broken camera was my fault. Totally untrue, I had used the camera (literally) the entire previous weekend without issue. See outdoor image from previous day.
They then asked for me to bring it back in so that I can pay to have them replace the camera as well.
I’d NEVER go back or trust them with my electronics again.
The worst experience with a computer shop
I ever had
The owner told me wait outside the shop to fix the laptop for me as he don’t like anyone watching him working on (my computer)
I went out waited 1 hr and came back and he didn’t fix it and my laptop opened from the back.
I don’t trust them at all and asked him to give me my laptop back.
He asked me to wait outside for 35 minutes to fix the laptop and give it to me!!!!
After i shouted at him he fix it in front of me and give it to me
