Took a brand new phone in. Samsung. I wanted him to set it up. He said is was broken. Tried2 sim cards. But also put on a rubber back and a piece of plastic screen protector and then charged me PS45. He refused to give me any money back and I was left with a phone that doesn’t work and the accessories which are now useless. Can I just point out your notice at the front of the store. WE FIX ANYTHING! NOT!!!
staff amazing brilliant service! after trying and failing to find a reasonably priced refurbished phone i was recommended this place. Not only did they have the most reasonably priced phone with a new battery that i could find the customer service was outstanding. phone was bought same day with warranty for cheaper than anywhere i could even find online. would recommend to anyone and everyone !!
