I took my Mac in to enquire about having a screen repair. A bearded guy came out from the back to serve me. He began to rant and rave very aggressively about how rubbish Apple is, all with a healthy sprinkling of F words in the presence of three female customers. It was quite shocking. I don’t know why I left the Mac with him. It must have been the shock at his longwinded and foul mouthed outburst. The next day I returned to collect my computer. The same man served me. I told him I decided I did not want them to work on it due to his behaviour the previous day. No apology was forthcoming. Instead he stomped off to the back, muttering all the while. I really have no explanation.

At last I have found my forever technology repair shop! These guys are absolute pros with customer service skills to boot. I’ve had iffy experiences with laptop and phone repairs in the past, not knowing what was being fixed or why it cost so much. The problem and cost to fix it was clearly explained to me. John (I think?! With the beard) was an absolute darling of a man from my first visit to my last. Thank you!

On Saturday I took my old HP desktop to Computer Angels because It didn’t switch on. It turned out that there probably was an issue with the power supply in my house and the machine was fine. They didn’t charge me anything and they tested the computer and the cable for possible faults. Great people and have great honesty, I really suggest asking for their have their opinions in case of computer trouble.
