I took my old iMac in a couple of weeks ago with overheating issues. I could not be happier with the service. Initial phone call about the issue, subsequent discussion at drop off very clear and gave me realistic expectations. Dropped off on Thursday afternoon, phone call with confirmation of issue and a solution (that was way beyond what I would have expected) and wrok completed the following morning. Really excellent professional service, great value for money and really good communication. I could not recommend more highly, I will definitely be a returning customer should the need arise.
