After a major PC meltdown, I contacted Computer Calm. I arranged to take my PC over to be examined (in lockdown, he couldn’t come to my premises). Alan was most friendly, helpful and professional, diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. Over the next couple of days, he worked on the issues, installed a new hard drive, transferring all the data, software, etc. across and got everything back running again as it was before. Four weeks later and everything is running smoothly, as if I had a brand-new PC again. Excellent job and excellent value.
