NEVER GO TO COMPUTER CASTLE! My Ps4 Crashed during update. So like i always do i went to Bestbuy to get a $20 fix for a 1 day job. They then tell me to try computer castle because they no long do Playstation repairs. I go to Computer Castle. Friendly guy. Tells me it will be 40$ down payment and a two weeks wait. I show up back again in two weeks and he said he never started it yet and that i should have called. So he says another two weeks. So two weeks later.. again. I go back. Calling before hand. No answer. He says he has been too busy to start it. But the good news is that he moved it to the other room. Yay me. So this time he says come back next friday. I do. Closed. I change my route to work so i could see if they are open. 4-5 days later he is. So i go in. Again i get the you should have called. I tell him i did. He says he tried to update it and it froze. he then sends it to his friend to diagnose it. 2 weeks later. I get a call. Motherboard is the issue. Finally. I find out somethings wrong. I go for my 2 week vacation and come back to pick it up. Closed. Says it should be open. Finally i get it back. $380 and two and a half months later. I get it back plug it in. Check the storage. Damn they downgraded my 1 TB hard drive to a 500GB. I call him up right away. No answer for two days straight. Third day he answers and says his buddy must have switched them out to see if that was the problem. He says he will call me when he finds and not to worry he can get them for a few dollars each in his business so they have no need to steal it. I wait for his call. 1 week later he calls. And says he found it. I say great but i am not paying any installation fees for it but i can’t get it right now. I am in the hospital for a week for a lung infection. A week and a half passes and i go there. He looks very irritated to see. He tells me cannot find it and that i should have came earlier. He has a policy that he sells things if you don’t pick them up. So he gives a 1tb hard drive and i say thank you and leave. Will not ever step foot in that horrid place. PS: the 1 TB drive he gave me has a “broken” label on it. Not going back ever. I suggest nobody else go there.

Took wii U to this guy when I knew it would not on (system turns on than off screen on & off steady) I told him birthday present (system had lots of games on it) he said His game guy was really good & I asked when will I know , he said 2 weeks I will know something & the diagnosis fee is $40 which I paid. 1 month went by No calls No Emails so I called him and he didn’t know nothin so I said I will just pick up system and than he says his fame guy has it so I said so whats wrong than but no answers.I wait almost another 2 more weeks (birthday is just around corner & guy had system almost 2 months) I emailed & asked questions as 1st time I called he seemed hostile over the phone. All he emailed was system can’t be fixed & was waiting to order a new one for a fee when I was waitin for any info. This guy does not offer help or info to his gamin customers as I read other poor PS4 review. I am out on $45 diagnosis fee A broken promise to fix it & most of all a gift to another person.

Dude Sold me a mother board suppose to come with 2 antenna’s for the Blue Tooth and the Wifi, he tried to sell it to me separately, too my motherboard I got from him was suppose to be equipped with 2 m.2 slots, but I don’t know exactly what happened, but it only has one on it, and you can see where the other slot would fit on the corner on the Z370 Pro 4 motherboard. On the pics on the website and on the DETAILS it said that it’s suppose to come equipped with the “2 PCIE 3.0 m.2 Slots” and ANYBODY that i have asked who’s put together their motherboard by themselves has SAID it suppose to come with the antenna’s in the box. On the picture is where it’s suppose to be, but for me there is no slot and it’s basically just flat and say’s m.2 on the flat surface where’s its suppose to be.
Edit: The discussion was about a “NEW” Motherboard… In no way did I want a “USED” one when I had the money to afford it.
