It’s a terrible and annoying repair experiment. Last week I didn’t give the negative comment because I thought anyway their receiver’s attitude was not bad, especially for lastly concerning of the convenience for me and giving me a power adapter cable.

So I regard what I’ve paid als tip to respect their working time and their reception although I didn’t get any information and anything besides the donation “cable”. I thought this thing was finished and didn’t want to waste time on it.

But the day before yesterday , I opened the rear cover again to replace air fan, but found there are two lines pulled out with black label pasted and I had no idea where it originally connected to. Before I firstly gave my laptop here, I borrowed my friend’s tool and opened the real cover, we’re sure there were not lines outside. And this store is the only one to touch my laptop besides me since I’ve bought. So yesterday I came again and just wanted their technician to recover it. I think anyone has the duty to recover it in original place after use or change something. But they didn’t admit , so who makes it . Ghost?

I know it’s not a big problem when the two lines outside. But what they insisted that they didn’t do it (even didn’t need to ask the one who repaired for me) and if recover, I’ll pay for it makes me so annoyed.

Now I just have time and say my real thought about this thing. If any staff has the other opinion, you can leave a message , I’ll reply when I have time. If you want to mention the repair thing, I’m also glad to reply with describing the whole process completely at next weekends.

Habe lange nach einem Store gesucht und denke den richtigen gefunden zu haben.
Zwar war ich Kunde von der Langen Laube aber da ich seid 2017 weg gezogen bin aus Hannover und jetzt dort hin musste wegen meinem PC sah die Lange Laube echt mau aus ! Aber dann fand ich CCH
Die Reperatur, ging sehr flott 1 Stern

Preis-Leistung 0 Stern

Zu Preis Leistung, selbstverstandlich kann ich es nachvollziehen aufgrund der Lage im Lande aber wir leiden alle daran.
Was mich ein wenig irritiert ist das man durch den Austausch des Netzteils hier das Kabelmanagment nicht durchgefuhrt hat, ware dies in dem Preis ware ich sicherlich sehr zufrieden, aber als Minimalist kann ich daruber hinweg sehen, vielleicht Spater 🙂
Sonst waren hier 5 Sterne sicherlich angebracht !
Auch das man Hilfsbereit war nach der Reperatur und diesen behoben hat als ich einen Defekt an der Halterung fur das Sichtfenster sah beim Aufbau des PC’s, kann ich nur gut heissen.

Kurz gesagt Danke an das Team CCH und den kleinen Einsatz heute morgen mit dem Sichtfenster es funktioniert wieder wunderbar.

Ich kann hier klar sagen es Lohnt sich und sollte sich was ergeben kann man gut und Sachlich daruber reden….

Wie gesagt DANKE und hey wir werden uns Wiedersehen und bis dahin haltet Stand…..:-)

Sehr sympathisches Personal, nen super netter Chef 🙂 kann ich nur Empfehlen.
Allerdings!!! 150 Euro fur den Umbau der PC Teile (Fertiges Mainboard mit instalierter CPU, Lufter, Grafikkarte und Netzteil) in ein neues Gehause finde ich dezent dreist…..
(Arbeitszeit 50 Minuten wenn man Ahnung hat).
