Run away !

I left my laptop over there because of charging problem.
I knew already the jack was not the problem.
In the first place he told me the jack was probably dead. (Fine you are the pro).
A week later as expected the jack was fine.
Weeks after weeks I had no news and had to go at the shop to ask what is the status.
A little informal text would have been enough.
The only answer I got the 3 or 4 times I went was:
– I have too many devices waiting to be fixed.
– I have 30min/eek for your laptop.
– I have two jobs
– I don’t have time to send text to the customers

After 1 and half month, he finally got mad at me (I have been apparently impolite (lol…)) and told me the laptop was not fixable. Well…

– If you are already overloaded, then be honest with the customer from the beginning.
– No time to send SMS ?? Really
– i had to de-assemble and re-assemble the laptop from scratch because they messed it up.
The speaker connector was not even connected, stuck between the motherboard and the frame. They had to force to close it.

+ I did not have to pay. Even if it is only because he wanted to get rid of me, this has to be mentioned.
+ He tried to repair the motherboard instead of replace it.

In the end I lost 1 and half month and had to fix it by myself…

Not professional at all.

Very professional and trustworthy owner he helped me fix my specific problem my laptop had. Very friendly and accomodating my laptop is has good as new and was fixed in a couple hours helping me study again. I will be back if I have another problem in the future.

It’s very excellent and reasonable shop for repairing your systems. The shop owner is really helpful and honest. I went there two times to fix my laptop and he did an amazing job. He is very professional. I would definitely recommend.
