Unbelievable! I’m calling for service on a computer and because my phone number is not from Vancouver the gentleman accuses me of being a solicitation call and hung up on me and refuses to pick up the phone when this was to get my mom’s computer working. Absolutely unbelievable and the guy won’t even respond to my calls. I’m calling back and he’s not picking up unbelievable is this how you treat all your customers that have a phone number that is not from Vancouver?

UPDATE: I live in the US. We get inundated with calls as well. I own a business: I would NEVER have done what you did. You didn’t even give me a chance to explain AND I left a voice message as well and if you were sincere you would have either texted me back or called me back. What you did was unacceptable as a business man and honestly I would never do business with you. If you did this to me you did it to my mom who lives there. You live in a province with MANY immigrants from all over. If you did this to me you also did this to my mom in her 80’s. Why would I get her to call you back if you treated me, a LEGITIMATE customer, this way? You should know better.
