Decided to bin my laptop as it was so slow, previously had computer tech’s looking at it, but no real improvement . So thought I would give it one last try with Dave as I need this laptop to record radio shows online I’m so glad I did, Dave advised changing old hard drive for newer technology and I got my pc back fixed ,set up and like new all within 24 hours, really can’t get better than that.100 per cent guarantee you try computer doctor for any issues you might have. My laptop was running incredibly slow despite having an i5 processor. Dave arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem – faulty hard drive. A new SSD drive was needed and the laptop was returned to me the next day. It now runs super fast and was upgraded to Win 11 as well. All for a very reasonable price.
