From day one Nick was very professional, attentive to my needs and transparent as well as willing to advice without forcing his opinion on me.
As my laptop was physically broken and new parts needed to be ordered the repair took few days however, Nick kept me in the loop at all times, explaining everything in detail. During the process it appeared that my laptop required a more serious fix than expected. Nick went above and beyond to find the right solution for me.

Nick diagnosed the problem with my sons pc running slowly and having annoying pop ups randomly appearing. Nick was very efficient in getting back to me very quickly and sourcing and ordering the additional RAM that was needed to speed up the pc. He then came the next day to fit the part and clean the pc. Very knowledgeable and friendly and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.
