This is the second time I have contacted Computer Elite for help. A few weeks ago I called the Barrie office in a panic for help. Will answered the phone and even though the technicians had gone home for the day, he corrected the issue on the spot free of charge. Who does that? I am grateful for his commitment to helping me “after hours” Will was calm and reassuring.
This morning I called again and Will connected me to Rob, the technician. I had a long list of concerns and Rob corrected them remotely. Rob is competent, has the patience of Job, is polite and caring. Best part, he only fixed what I asked him to and went out of his way to explain how and what he was doing so I could understand it.
I was even able to speak with the CEO and owner of Computer Elite, amazing! I highly recommend this company or all your computer questions, for service and even for purchasing a new computer. To say the staff of Computer Elite is customer focused is an understatement!

Took my son’s Lenovo in as the camera stopped working, and warranty was up in a few months – techs looked at it, couldn’t find a problem – a few months later, camera dies again – Will said out of warranty, nothing they can do – I mentioned the previous issue, nope, can’t help.
So, I stopped taking my FedEx shipments there – lots of other drop off locations – not sure what they make per package, but I dropped off 15-30 a month, so……
My experience with Computer Elite was amazing! They answered all my questions respectfully! The service people were so friendly and kind when I was calling to get an update on the progress of the fix. My laptop is running better than it ever has! Thank you!! I highly recommend this company for your computer service needs!!
