I wanted to give a big shout out, and 2 thumbs up to Computer Emporium for their amazingly prompt customer service.

I walked into my office, lifted open my 9 year old laptop, and got the blue screen of death. No keyboard life whatsoever. Barely a pulse.

Took it straight to Computer Emporium.
The Service Technician, Scott, had let us know that he’d troubleshoot and see if he could get to the bottom of our issue.
Given the age of my laptop, I also asked him about purchasing a new laptop. Scott helped me pick out the one that best suited our business needs, and by later that same afternoon, he had everything transferred and loaded onto the new unit for us.

Owners, Matt & Mack, ensured that I had all the info that I needed. And the following day, I got a call from Scott letting me know that he was able to get the old unit working as well.

They all made us feel welcome, and completely at ease, especially with bringing something so important to them for them to fix.

i bought a msi motherboard through here and after i had the motherboard installed in my pc for about a month when all the usb’s stopped working, i called them up and they said to drop off the pc and they will look at it. there was nothing they could do about it so they took the motherboard out of my pc and shipped it to msi and got a new motherboard sent back, they intalled the new one in my pc for me. everything was hassle free and didnt cost me a dime. they stand behind there products and fix any problems you may have, that’s great customer service! Ordered a new gaming rig which I got about a week ago.

Arrived ahead of schedule and could not have asked for better service from quote to delivery into my hands.

Value for money…Oh yes! They know what they are doing and they don’t try drown you in marketing fluff or promises. They give it to you straight so you know exactly what you are getting.

The only outstanding question I have now is….Why I have not done business with them sooner.
