After having a computer of 12 years that only ever broke down twice, I decided to upgrade through these guys. Had them buy the parts, put it together for me – and I had not known peace. The machine was constantly a cascade of problems that turns off whilst doing the most mundane of things: and despite bringing in for repairs constantly it kept happening. It was miserable.

That said, the staff have been nothing but attentive and ready to help when issues arise at no extra cost to me – and now finally after 4 months I have a machine I can work on and works beautifully for me. So yeah – be aware of hiccups, but know that the team that works at the store will do what they can to help you.
