This week I had a computer emergency and didn’t know how to go about solving it. I called Dylan and he calmly told me what to do so that I could settle down in the moment and then he allowed me to bring in my computer to be sure it had not been damaged. Thankfully, it was okay. Everything was fixed within 2 hours of calling him and for a very reasonable price. What stood out for me was not only Dylan’s competence, but his calmness and kindness. Thank you so much, Dylan!
I have only visited this shop a couple times to pick up some odds and ends over the years, but this week I needed more. Dylan got me set up and running on two refurbished machines after he troubleshot my old machines and determined there was no life left in them. I was up and running again with all my data in no time. It was a seamless process and super fast at a great price. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended.
