Words cannot express how pleased I am with the service I received at Computer Gentle. Right from the very first phone call, I was met with the expertise I so desperately needed and I knew instantly that I was in safe hands. To hear it from them that they shared an appreciation of care which reflected my own truly set my mind at ease, leaving with them my beloved bundle of joy which had made it unscathed through 6 long years of living with me!! As luck would have it, Nick specialises in custom rigs, even ones as messy as mine, and without him my PC wouldn’t have been the only thing losing its will to live! Rukun was sure to stay in contact with each new development, offering his support every step of the way, from his gentle breaking of bad news to sourcing the very best parts, tailored precisely to my needs. I can be quite the demanding customer, especially when it comes to pricey electronics, but this did not faze them in the slightest. Every part of my journey was met with perfection — I really cannot find a bad word to say!

The words helpful and friendly are barely strong enough to meet the phenomenal level of service offered here. For a genuine experience with some reliable gentlemen who go above and beyond to put their customers first, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

After my PC stopped showing a display the team quickly pointed out that the place I purchased the PC before gave me old components and built in a way that should have failed a while ago. Both the employees who were dealing with my issue came to a quick and amazing solution where I have now a better PC and love it! Thank you for being so helpful and friendly all PC purchases and components will be done through the company and I recommend those who see this to do the same.
