Bought an iPad in for repair with a cracked screen on 4/4/24. Got a text 5/4 giving me a price and wanting to confirm happy to go ahead. I did this and asked for a ETA, never texted me back. 2 weeks later called them and said there was a delay with part. 1 week later was told should be next day. 2 days later called the mobile number and it had stopped working! Had concerns so visited in shop to be told they had misplaced iPad and did not know where it was. Clearly knew it was missing before this and had giving excuses as to why not fixed. I don’t like being lied to. After a couple of days they got back in contact and offered to buy a replacement and “loan it” while they tracked ours down. Gave them a week to track it down as did not want to set up another iPad for my son to use. They did this and repaired it. Went in shop to collect and got an offered PS5 discount on PS85 repair. Considering this was meant to take less then a week (what I was told when I handed in iPad), that they lost the iPad and I had to chase them initially for any update I think this was a poor offer of compensation for the stress and poor service. I will not be using your services again. How you think PS5 offer was acceptable shows how poor your customer focus is.

Highly recommend Computer Hub UK, we googled for someone to repair our laptop with cracked screen. Popped in to the shop, and within 45mins the laptop was repaired and back in order. Excellent helpful and value for money. Keep up the great service.

The staff were incredibly helpful, they took the time to really understand what was wrong with my laptop and they managed to get it fixed and working again for such a low price. I cannot recommend this place enough
