Joe fixed my laptop from over 3000 miles away (!!) a few years ago. My phone wasn’t working in the remote location we were staying at on holiday and someone knicked my laptop. The police were able to recover my computer but I couldn’t get into it because the thieves tripped the BIOS system. Joe spent HOURS going through spreadsheets to get me back into my PC so I could access my itinerary for the remainder of my trip. I will be forever grateful to him for making sure I wasn’t stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Brilliant service and excellent value for money. My old laptop was having some problems and Joe provided diagnostics for free, taking the time to explain the problem to me. I felt it wasn’t worth repairing my old laptop and decided to get a new laptop. Joe took the time to suggest some laptops which were within my budget, saving me time trying to figure out which laptop to get. He set my new laptop up and showed me how to use my laptop. Excellent service, would highly recommend and would use again in future.

took my dead laptop in the day after. he ran some tests..came back with a reasonable competitive price for installing windows again and a new hard drive, and so I left my laptop with him.
next day I went in and all was sorted, my laptop works like new.
