The worst shop in Furth, and here is my experience so that you don’t fall into the same trap:
I got a used laptop from a friend. He examined it, replaced the hard disk, and performed maintenance on it before sending it to me. When the device arrived to me, I discovered that there was a malfunction in it. I searched on the Internet and found that this malfunction is common in this type of laptop, and sometimes it is Simple fix, but it needs to open the laptop.
I took the laptop to this store and told them about the malfunction, and they asked for 89 euros as the inspection fee. “Which was completely okay for me. I’m just telling you the price so you can anticipate what awaits you.”
The next day, I went to the store and one of the two, who was there alone, told me that the laptop needed a display, and that his partner would order it from an external source. I was very clear and told him not to order it and not to pay a dime unless they told me the cost.
After several days, the other partner told me that the laptop had a defect that needed to be repaired and that the cost was 269.99. I told him not to do it and that the laptop was not worth this cost at all. I asked him what the cost of chip would be so that the cost would be this expensive and he said 5-10 euros, but the cost of their time and effort is what makes it so expensive.
Two days later, I was surprised to receive a message informing me that the laptop was ready for collection and that the cost was 89.99 + 2.5 energy + 39.99 the cost of the external expert.
I went to the store and told him that we did not agree on the external expert and that they did not take my permission, but he insisted that his partner told me, which did not happen, and I refused to pay the cost of the external expert, and I told him that I had brought the device for them to examine it and not to send it abroad. What is the benefit to them? If they can’t check it.
Here the man became very AGGRESSIVE, to the point that he said after a lot of talking between us about what happened: “Okay, pay 91.5 because my health is worth more to me than you. I will take the money from you and throw you out of the store.” I held my nerves because I did not want to cause problems. When I tried to pay via bank card, which by the way they previously told me they accept, he refused and said, “Go and get me the cash.” I had to go to get him the cash , then I took the laptop and left.

War am Montag dort, weil mein Laptop mir seltsame Gerausche und Probleme machte. Es war besonders Dringend weil ich fur meine Uni eine Prasentation am Donnerstag hatte und dafur den Laptop unglaublich dringend benotigt habe um weiterzuarbeiten. Weshalb das fur mich eine Katastrophe war. Somit habe ich extrem Eilig nach einer Reperatur ausschau gehalten, und habe mich fur den Laden hier entschieden. Obwohl der Laden eigentlich um 14 Uhr schliesst hat mi der freundliche Herr am Telefon angeboten kurz etwas langer da zu bleiben, nachdem ich die dringlichkeit erklart habe. Allein das ist keine Selbstverstandlichkeit. Ich war etwa 15-20 Minuten nach Ladenschluss dort und die beiden Herren haben auf mich gewartet. Trotz Ladenschluss waren sie gedultig und Freundlich und haben mit mir das Problem besprochen, mich beraten und mir auch einen Preisvorschlag gegeben. Sie meinten naturlich konnen sie keine Magie wirken, was die Zeit betrifft, gerade wenn ein Ersatzteil bestellt werden muss. Ich hab naturlich meinen Laptop gleich dort gelassen. Der Herr meinte er kummert sich gleich am nachsten Tag um das Problem. Und tatsachlich kam am nachsten Tag um 10 Uhr ein Anruf ich konne meinen Lapotp gleich abholen. Es war wirklich ein Segen um weiterarbeiten zu konnen. Tatsachlich stellte sich heraus, dass das Problem glucklicherweise kein recht grosses war. Es hatte sich Staub sehr ungunstig in den Lufter verfangen und auch das Kuhlmetall war etwas locker. Sie haben mir auch gleich neue Kuhlpaste an den Grafik- und CPU-Chip angebracht. Fur einen vorher bereits abgemachten Preisaufschlag. Beim Abholen wurde mein Laptop nach kurzer Nachfrage auch gleich mit neuen Gummifussen ausgestattet, weil die Alten sich gelost haben. Ohne extra Aufschlag. Finaler Kostenpunkt fur alles 113EUR. Ich finde fur den wirklich fantastischen Service und die Freundlichkeit absolut verdient und fair. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Das Computer Land kenne ich seit ein paar guten Jahren schon: 2014 brauchte ich einen Laptop fur Franzosischunterricht und wollte damals mit integrierter Tastatur. Mit Bemuhungen hat das Team es geschafft. Vor zwei Jahren ein anderer Laptop ich nutzte “gave up the ghost” genau am ersten Tag des Jahres. Ich konnte schon am nachsten Arbeitstag einen Termin vereinbaren. Alter Laptop mit HDD, konnte man nicht mehr retten. Die Erklarungen waren aber sehr klar, eigentlich prazis wie bei einem Chirurgen. Mein letztes Computer Erlebnis ist von ein paar Wochen: nach einem Jahr entschied mich endlich fur einen PC: mir wurden die Leistung und Preise der moglichen PC sehr gut erklart mit meinen Erwartungen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem neuen PC, online unterrichten ist technischerweise einwandfrei geworden. Das Team finde ich sehr profesionnel, kompetent, zuverlassig, schnell und nett. Weiter so!
