I am a Bookkeeper and my computer is an essential tool of my business. lan did his upmost to keep my old laptop working but when it came to the stage where it was checking the hard drive on a daily basis, he advised me to back up and consider a new laptop.

After a short interview, lan understood my business and personal requirements for a laptop and
knew I needed reliable hardware, quick performance, adequate disc space for the business programs
and simple menu options.

lan made a recommendation for the product he thought would suit me and explained the reasons why. What impressed me about his recommendation is that he did not try to upsell me to something I did not need, and assured me that the product would deliver what I needed it to do. The turnaround from the product arriving and lan transferring my software (with some other specific requirements) was 48 hours.

Two days later he contacted me to ask how things were going, and if I had any issues he could help me with. At that stage I did not have any, however a week later when I did encounter a problem he resolved the issue that day.

I have also had occasions where I have used Ian’s Remote Support option where he was able to login and fix my issues without the usual downtime of a visit, or taking my laptop to him.
