Amazing service, very impressed!!

I managed to get my laptop (windows) water damaged… Having not organised any insurance, I held off getting it fixed after it I did the no.1 DON’T DO (frantically turning it on and plugging it in not long after the accident, instead of Leaving it alooone and calling a professional).. luckily it seemed fine and kept working for a week. Fast forward, and it wouldn’t turn on at all, which was very sacry!

Called up Adam, had a laugh at my frantic chaos, and he saw me the same day! Was ready in under 48hours, and luckily it work a treat!! Thanks so much, highly recommend!!

Very friendly & reliable service. I was kept well informed during the entire process of my laptop repair, with updates of the repair progress including before & after pictures. They are completely transparent about any additional charges for parts that need repair or replacement during the process and will check in with you to confirm if you are happy to proceed beforehand. The repair only took a couple of days and warranty was included in the services.
