I had to take my laptop in for repair after orange juice was spilt all over it. They took care of the cleaning and diagnostic checks for it with no hassle or issues and when I needed to take it back to have a look at a few remaining sticky keys, they handled it without any complaint and handed my back a laptop as good as new. Excellent service, I was able to do it all in English as a non German and they remained professional and polite, I would highly recommend their services!
