I’m blown away by the service I received from Dave at Computer Plus. Not knowing what type of printer I needed, Dave gave me options. He even stopped by the shop to ensure it would fit where I wanted it to. Once I made my decision, he had it ordered,
and installed within a few days. This could have easily given my anxiety, but instead it was a walk in the park. Thanks Dave, you’ll surely see me again (prob. tomorrow for paper!)

My wife and I just moved to Perth a short while ago. I have used a computer for both business and personal purposes for decades. However, I have always relied on professionals when it came to equipment issues. Computer Plus certainly qualifies in that category. Their assistance on both occasions I have relied on it has been both fast and done in a very friendly manner.
The staff here are helpful and friendly, the store is always open when they are supposed to be (as opposed to other Purolator depots in the area!). In short, the kind of experience you want from a small town retailer. I don’t have personal experience with their PC business, but I have heard glowing reports from other friends who have.
