Do you want a quality laptop that’s reliable, fast and doesn’t rip you off? Then visit Computer Plus at Scarrots Lane. I have bought 2 refurbished laptops from them and had an ancient HP laptop upgraded inexpensively with a new SDD hard drive and Win 10 loaded (I had an old analogue running Win 7 so things were pretty dire). The advice from Matt is intelligent, tailored and not at all pushy. His knowledge is amazing – with 30 years in the trade with his dad it’s hardly surprising! I bought an externa; drive for PS10! Talk about 500 GB in the palm of my hand!

Met the owner with my poor battered laptop in Scarrotts Lane. It’s a great machine and I would miss it. He had it fixed and working well in two days. He regaled me with tales of PC hardware. I had to tell Mr Hartill, for it was he, that quite frankly my dear, I neither knew nor cared about such matters. He has a good SOH and got my drift. There are some things ( electrics, engines, cars, tax returns, computers ) that I prefer to know nothing about. I am happy to pay somebody else to know and care and consider it an entirely fair exchange. And in this case, an extremely reasonable one. Highly recommended. Just don’t accuse him of being from Dudley, FGS.
On my visit to this shop the owner helped me with my problem laptop. He wa so honest he saved me having to buy a new one which is what I was told to do buy a well known electrical shop. Matt not only fixed the problem he made the machine faster it’s like having a new computer. Matt is so knowledgeable why would you go anywhere else. He cleaned out all the obstacles as I said made it quicker and more reactive for a grand total of less than PS50. Far less than buying a new one. IF your looking for a computer at a very reasonable price go nowhere else.
