Thank you Malcolm for an excellent service. You went above and beyond to deliver my 87 year old mum’s laptop back home to her. On delivery you also checked to make sure that it was working properly and connected to her WiFi and printer. Mum has limited mobility and Malcolm was aware that she may require some help on collection, he kindly offered to drop it off. We are very grateful to you and highly recommend your repair centre.
took laptop in as it had a few things wrong with it. a swollen and goosed battery and a broken Cd/DVD drive… and cracked casing. Malcolm has replaced the drive (and says it’s working fine!) and ordered new battery. casing can’t be replaced or glued but he managed to make it a whole lot better. All for a good price too! excellent service. Thank you Malcolm
