I had dropped off my Pride and Joy Gaming Laptop for a GPU and hardware repair and replacement, far from an easy task.

Lee was able to offer a competitive quote (which was cheaper than other providers around), speedy repair time and was professional, courteous and informative throughout the repair process, letting me know the EXACT issues found, alongside replacement components, repair cost and repair time.

Lee was also kind enough to offer flexibility for my travel time and arrangements, offering to wait beyond working hours for me to drop off and collect my laptop, which is greatly appreciated.

Overall, I can say nothing other than the fact I am thrilled with the service I received. Without any hassle or surprise fees unlike other quotes I was offered elsewhere, I received my laptop back in an immaculate, pristine and faultless condition working exactly to my requirements.

It is noticeable that the Team took great care of my laptop whilst it was in their care, and were understanding how much it meant to me from a practical and sentimental perspective.

Rang up for a laptop cleaning service, which according to the website includes thermal pasting. Was qouted PS150, which i didnt consider bad as it was a same-day call out service about an hour away, despite your website also saying there was no extra call out charge. Technician arrives and half an hour goes by and did the job, but then says due to the fact I wanted my cpu and gpu repasted it was ‘extra’ and bumped the fare up to PS250. Is this not contrary to what is says on your website? Very disengenuous and in a time where people need to budget their money carefully it is bad form to throw a PS250 bill on somebody last minute.

Brought my Asus laptop with no power. Manufacturer quoted to replace the motherboard which was same cost as a new machine (out of warranty). Linas ordered some chips from China and replaced these components, brought my machine back to life at a quarter of the cost. Very happy with this repair, thank you!
