2 stars as they were reasonably priced and diagnosed the problem, however, the service onwards wasn’t good.

Basically, they needed to source a part which was fine, but they didn’t once update me on the progress, I had to contact them every time.

Over time it became apparent they couldn’t find the part (I assume due to aging model). Again, I had to contact them. I then asked if they can transfer the data, which they could. This was a very long time after handed it in.

I said I’d pop in with a device to transfer it to. Unfortunately I didn’t go in, but apparently because I didn’t go in it’s okay for them to dispose of the laptop.

No communication to simply ask if I still want the laptop, or the data transfer! Just simply got rid. Apparently it’s in their terms if you go beyond 180 days they will dipose of it.

What business doesn’t contact a customer with a warning? They never once mentioned the 180 days rule to me until after! Also, why is the customer expected to contact them when they’re the ones trying to source the part. So be aware, and don’t expect them to contact you!

I wanted a small LAN cable hence I went there. The person was so polite and humble. After he found a cable for me, I asked him how much?

He reluctantly said.. Give whatever you want.. I don’t know if I have to charge you for this.. Let’s say 1 pound?

I didn’t have change I told him. Toy surprise he just said: Yeah take it. No problem. Just remember me that’s all

I was really moved by his behaviour. No doubt that if ever I have any issue, this is the place I would go to becz I know he will never charge me more than what is meant to be. Whole heartedly recommended!

Came to the rescue after I attempted to install a graphics card which then proceeded to shut down all graphics. Quick email to them followed by popping in and issue sorted. Very good for advice and price couldn’t fault.
