Really wanted to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH INDEED to Damian for his help with my laptop which I had not been able to recover from the so-called “black screen of death”. He replied promptly to my call, was very professional and patient, and explained to me all the repair options in a clear and simple way which helped me to understand what had gone wrong even if I am not an IT person at all. He then proceeded to fix my laptop quite quickly. I could not recommend this business more warmly! Thank you.
My laptop’s screen was broken, and I was looking for a local repair person. I found Avanti repairs online, with someone local to where I live. Damien created a WhatsApp group and kept me updated from start to finish. I got the laptop back with the replaced screen within 2 days, at a reasonable cost. Will definitely pick them again if required.
