My old Mac broke. Took it to Apple and they said they couldn’t recover my data and didn’t sell caddies, and wasn’t worth getting my old laptop fixed. Took it to Computer Rescue UK and Ali managed to not only recover my data and put it on a Time Machine, but he also fixed the old laptop for a good price – much better than Apple had quoted. He was friendly, professional, upfront, and kept me informed the whole time of what was happening and didn’t charge any additional money unless we’d spoke and talked through the options. He works hard and long hours so don’t be surprised if you get messages/calls into the evening! I would highly recommend if anyone is having computer issues.
