They behave very unprofessionally when their clients plan to leave. I have purchased a new practice and would requested the data to be migrated to the new supplier, they have given waiting time for 18 months with additional charges of PS1200 never agreed . So I am stuck and can not do anything.
Management are very unprofessional and are bully boys.
The MD needs to learn people skills and get some anger management.
