Cannot recommend computer solutions enough. They offer a really personal service and listen to what you need. I’ve gone in countless times to buy replacement ink cartridges for my Epson printer as they are one of the only shops in west Wickham that sell the Kiwi Ink – which is what my printer needs. I went in today to see if they had a small Bluetooth wireless keyboard that I could connect to my iPad Pro and they had one in stock. Brilliant product that has the top row function keys and it’s iOS compatible! Reasonably priced and it’s lovely to shop locally and support high street businesses.
Really nice people. I dropped in as I was searching for a very small set of screws. I only needed three little blighters and could only not find them in mega sized packs and super expensive… plus had to come from Hong Kong! Not the most exciting or profitable query for these guys but important to me nonetheless. The super helpful chap sorted me out in double quick time and without charge too. Really impressed with that approach to customer service. I’d have no hesitation revisiting next time my PC requirements need addressing.
Had an issue with my laptop after installing a Sage update. Someone recommended John and I can fully understand why. Turns out the laptop was a bit worse for wear but he got it all up and running again and for a really good price. Kept me updated along the way too. Highly recommend this place.
