Was half an hour late.
Couldn’t be bothered to get the testing equipment to check what the fault was.
Didn’t care that this computer is important for me and it is an urgent problem. Told me “everyone says that”.
Wouldn’t offer any solutions.
I went to another computer shop and the problem was sorted out in 10 minutes.
Don’t waste your time with this guy.
