I sold components to Computer solutions online. The store opened a claim against me claiming they didn’t receive the products shortly after delivery. And then proceeded to not respond to any communications. I had to make an appeal with platform provider to get my just due funds which was granted. The courier had confirmed the delivery was made and so did the provider.
Absolutely fantastic service from computer solutions atherstone! The 2 gentlemen I met were very polite, helpful and informative. I took my ipad in which was in such a state they tried everything possible to sort it for me but unfortunately it couldn’t be saved, luckily tho they got hold of a replacement for me within days.
Just called for some advice on my iMac expecting the “bring it down we’ll have a look”, and the chap I spoke to was incredibly helpful and honest.
Should I have any computer issues in the future this is my place.
