I took my glitchy MacBook in for Phil to take a look at. He told me the unfortunate news of my MacBook being too old and my MacBook was unable to have a more recent MacOS installed on it. He did not charge for his assessment of my situation and was honest enough to tell me that he couldn’t help me rather than charging me money to “clean it up” which I had already taken it to somewhere else and they charged me for a “cleanup” and it didn’t make any difference.
