Terrific technical advice, great value and fast service . Ken offers highly appropriate preliminary diagnostic advice reassuring me ( and my nervous laptop ! ) that that we were in good hands . My super hp laptop was overloaded, no longer wanting to be windows updated, and had a potentially nasty bug too. After fully cleansing and reloading it is as good as new and with a cleaned fan too to keep things cool . Really happy and very thankful to Ken .

I 100% recommend this place to fix your PC! I was originally quoted PS200-400 at other places simply for a cracked screen. Here, I was told that it would be PS150 for a complete replacement for the head of the laptop since I had previously used superglue to fix a crack in the casing. The guy was so nice and went above and beyond to help fix my laptop. Service was completed much quicker than expected and he even gave me tips on what not to do.

I am very pleased with the service and price and the results. I took 3 laptop for repair and the owner gave me very unest advice and he told me upfront how much will cost me and how long it takes and he was through and polite. One of the laptops is performing better than the day I bought it and the other two are fantastic as well. I definitely go back and highly recommended them.
