The first time I stopped by Computer Tech CD, I had an old hard drive that I could not get into. The service was quick and easy, professional, with no “attitude.” Just recently, I stopped by again as I had dropped my iphone in the lake… and then put it in rice….as many sites and people tell you to do. Well I got a piece of rice stuck in my phone. Chris was wonderful and quickly fixed my issue. It can be quite challenging to get good service lately, These young men are wonderful, and exceptionally professional.
This guys literally saved me a ton of money and time. I was in a situation when I needed to buy a power cable, Staples and Canadian Tire were out of stock, so i called this place, and to my surprise they didn’t only had the cable but also didn’t charged me a dime. Chris is a Legend. Thank you so much.
I’m very happy with the excellent customer service from Chris. He was very patient and listened to my needs. I’m pleased with my laptop and it was so much smoother than dealing with big box stores. I highly recommend Computer Tech CD.
