Worst service ever. the reason I came to this shop is to replace the micro USB connector on a circuit board of a smartphone. The shop had mounted micro USB on wrong side of the board without connecting pins! They have wasted 4 weeks of my time and even after complaints were not able to fix the problem. Therefore I left with the same problem I initially came. Since shop did not repair what they were supposed to I requested them to refund 30EUR paid for the service. In response to my request the gentlemen ofered to refund half of the money and only after arguing I got full refund.
Haben damals einfach meine alten Komponenten behalten (ohne zu fragen), mir eines der gunstigen Gehause gegeben und das neue Mainboard so hart angezogen, dass einer der Abstandshalter lose ist und sich aber verkantet hat. Die Schraube ist durch. Bin im Nachhinein etwas enttauscht. Ist vielleicht aber auch Ungluck.
Ich hatte mir vor etwa 3 Monaten einen hoch konfigurierten Gamer-PC zusammenstellen und bauen lassen. Ich erlebte Kompetenz, Sachlichkeit und Freundlichkeit – ein rundum perfekter Service; und der PC lauft perfekt. Danke!
