Went to computer wall to get my computer fixed, first time was great. But the second time didn’t work out so they told me to take it to this other place. And the other repair shop told me that the reason my computer wasn’t working was because there were loose screws which cuz a short circuit with the battery and it to swell. And I told them I got it looked at by computer wall and they said they get a lot of computer from them with the same problem. So I don’t know what computer wall did or didn’t do, but a few loose screws have cost me a lot of money.
I took my computer here to see if they could fix a broken screen. Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took my computer and gave me an approximate quote. He let me know when he was able to get a screen for it the next day, and I had my computer back in a couple of days all fixed and for the price he quoted. I’ll be taking my computer there again if I need anything else.
Patrick was fantastic with replacing my laptop screen. I paid half of what I had been quoted at a couple other places, it was done sooner than I expected and he even followed up after to make sure everything was good. I don’t see that kind of service much anymore and I really appreciated it.
