Darren replaced the keyboard of my high-spec Dell laptop (which required full strip-down of base) and diagnosed fault in replacement battery I bought elsewhere in 3 hours flat and for a very reasonable price.
Service perfect and friendly.
Highly recommend them. I won’t be going anywhere else in future!

He’s done excellent repairs to my wife’s laptop and quickly diagnosed and sorted an overheating issue on mine. He also does repairs for a charity free. An all-round great guy and someone I trust absolutely.
And fantastic value for what little he charges. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have used Computer for a few years now, had no problem since it was taken over. We had a few issues with our computer put it in for health check and virus renewal, had to go back as very slow got new hard drive installed, Greg was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble even tried to solve the problem over the phone. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend getting computer looked at to anyone.
Came to computer den to get my phone battery replaced after a shop local to me replaced it with a broken battery.
Computer den replaced it within an hour, battery is working great and guy was absolutely lovely.
Turned out the battery that had been put in my phone by other shop was swollen and a fire hazard.
Will definitely be recommending this place to everyone, great service.
