One of the worst Computer Shops I have ever dealt with. Sent my Apple Imac off to have firmware password reset which resulted in them removing the screen, a week after having the item back the screen fell off and SMASHED so I contacted them and they refused to cover the bill so I had to pay them again for them to repair their mistake!. After they repaired it and sent it back, it arrived back to me with another SMASHED screen and they only insure your precious PS700+ Imacs for PS20 without any extra cover and will expect you to pay for the repairs if damaged by courier because it was inadequately insured and packaged. I am having to now go through the legal channels to recover all my money that I have lost as they are not willing to reimburse me. Also they DON’T have liability insurance so I would AVOID and use someone that is Insured and with good reputation!!!!

Amazingly Helpful, Friendly and Super Accommodating. I had an issue with my Dell turning on, just a small job, but Nahim gave me the 5 Star service all the way, great price and quality work. He is a vile human being he’s stolen money of his terminally ill ex partner and refuses to give her any personal possessions, he withheld her medication and had her living in a rat infested flat and left her own for hours, wouldn’t trust him with anything never mind your personal computer! There is currently a warrant out for his arrest for theft and theft of her disability payments
