My laptop died. It worked yesterday but I came to turn it on and flat battery and charger wasn’t charging. Took battery out used my wife’s charger and… still nothing.
Called John. He gave me a few instructions over the phone and 5 minutes later told me to try it. Miracle, it’s working again!

John, was extremely professional, fast and excellent value for money, he replaced our grandsons laptop, screen in 3 days, this laptop is needed for University. So we are very happy with the service provided. Thanks again.
