DON’T USE THIS GUY! Took my laptop to swap a new drive. Paid PS100 for a cheap PS35 (Hitachi 500GB)drive and OS install, which I still had to install the latest updates. Claimed that I didn’t give him a charger which after discussion he somehow found it straight away. I get home and the chargers broken. Rang him did not return my call. Go to the shop and he wanted to charge me PS20 for a new one… smiling and smirking at me and claiming that I broke it. Just for the record I worked in the computer industry for over 15 year and really wished I did the repair myself, next time I won’t be too busy. The irony of it when I first went in the shop he was slagging another shop off for ripping people off.
I had serious OS problem with my main business laptop. Dropped it off at Cary’s work place at 9am & 3 hours later it was all ready to collect. Windows reloaded, new hard drive & additional RAM fitted. Laptop is now super fast and working better than ever. Thanks Cary. Brilliant job with great customer service!! Highly recommend

Thought it was the end of my laptop but the guys there – Graham & Andy worked their magic and their bill was very reasonable.
They took time to call and explain what was needed and kept me in the loop.
