George was really helpful and fixed my laptop hinge issue for a good price. From the moment i spoke to him on the phone he had a “can do” attitude and got my laptop ready for before Christmas despite not managing to find the part needed. He described how he’d fixed it and what he needed to do to avoid further breakage and i was happy with the result.

Bought my computer from computers direct a year ago. Started having problems with crashes and corrupt files. Took it back to George and he replaced hard drives and reloaded windows, sorted all problems. He didn’t charge me and wouldn’t take anything for labour. What a hero great customer service
After a terribly timed disaster where my laptop wouldn’t turn on properly, just as a big project was due. Jorge got it back up and running incredibly quickly and saved the day. Incredible service by a top bloke.
