I can’t speak highly of the service offered by Victor. Absolutely brilliant.

My laptop charging port stopped working and once the battery died, I couldn’t access my files. I was scrambling to fix it as I needed it for the following day, but unfortunately my files weren’t backed up to the cloud or a hard drive

I reached out to Victor around 8pm, and his response was immediate, and he gave me a rough price. He also told me from the get go that the price to fix it probably wasn’t worth it as it was an old laptop.

I took the laptop to him the following morning and he extracted all my files from the laptop and saved them onto a hard drive for me.

The price was extremely reasonable, and his communication throughout the process plus his knowledge of his craft is excellent! I’d highly recommended his service.

I found Victor online and was over the moon when he said he would fix it. Nobody was willing to fix my stereo other than Victor. I dropped the stereo off and explained what I thought was wrong with it (a simple fix).
Victor then told me what was actually wrong with it & even went out of his way to show me that it would be cheaper just to buy a second hand one, rather than pay for parts. I explained that the stereo was my dads who had passed away and had sentimental value. Victor then worked tirelessly to fix it.

Victor checked with me that I was happy to pay before buying any parts and despite the work being trickier than we had thought. Victor did not add on any extra charges. He kept me updated all of the time.
