I was having a lot of issues with blue screens and overheating, so much so that gaming became impossible. After buying a 1080ti I decided that I needed to get all of the issues resolved to enjoy my new card. After looking around for reviews of local PC repair services I contacted Max after reading the excellent reviews online.

After meeting Max, I dropped my PC at this home and he started working on it, keeping me informed of how things were progressing on a daily basis. He explained problems he had found, what was required to rectify, and even recommended replacement parts, as well as their cost.

Max had my PC for a few days and when I came to collect it we had a good chat about the problems and how to avoid them in the future. Max even carried my PC to my car for me. As I’m a bit older than him I think… When it came to paying my bill, I was pleasantly surprised and I believe Max’s rates to be very reasonable, especially given his knowledge and experience within his field.

I will be using Max again, possibly for a new build and upgrading my processor, motherboard and memory in my current system.

So, how good is he.. Very good! He communicates superbly, is very reasonably priced, has educated me and encouraged me to explore my own basic PC optimisation using different software packages and my PC is now running like a dream, quiet, fast.stable and no more blue screens of death!

I have no hesitation recommending Max for any issues you may have with your PC and rest assured you will get customer service to a standard that is very rare these days. In a word. Outstanding!!

What can I say! Max is an absolute star! Rang him for a quick quote for a gaming pc for my boy for Christmas but one hour later, after much web surfing and advice over the phone, I decided to build it myself. Max was brilliant for suggesting parts to use and flagged up all possible issues so I could make the best educated decision possible. He didn’t once big himself up, or advise that it’d “probably be best if he did it” as some other businesses would do, just gave impartial, highly knowledgeable advise which helped me no end. I spoke to Max regarding helping me with a new build for a heavy duty gaming pc, which would last me for years to come. Max was very responsive, very polite, and very very helpful, he charged a fair price for his time and it was a very worthwhile and easy going experience ! 🙂 over the course of around 3/4 days we spoke numerous times on the phone and he went through every single aspect of my new pc build and why it would be good to acquire one certain part another etc. I was left very satisfied with my purchase and would be contacting Max if I ever needed any help with anything else regarding computers.
