Poor Communication and Misleading Business Practices

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience with this company. Despite the initial promise of quality service, I was met with continuous misinformation and a lack of transparency that significantly complicated my order. Their automated processes, which they claim are designed to expedite the order and delivery process, only led to confusion and frustration.

The handling of my case was inconsistent and unprofessional, with the company failing to adhere to their own policies and procedures. Their responses to my concerns were largely dismissive, and they failed to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Furthermore, I was promised a full refund for an unavailable item, only to be charged additional fees during the refund process. This contradicts their previous assurances and demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction.

I also found it insulting that they offered a 10EUR voucher as compensation for the considerable inconvenience and frustration caused by their mishandling of my order. This meager offer only underscores their lack of understanding and respect for their customers’ experience and time.

Overall, this company’s poor handling of my order and their dismissive response to my concerns have left me with a negative impression. I will not be using their services again and would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

Update: after posting the review, contacting them on Twitter, and contacting their parent company, the item has finally been refunded, after 1.5 months.

Maybe something has changed in the past year, I don’t know. Previously, I had a rather smooth experience with them. Now, they told me there’s a problem with my order 2600109428 and I need to change some relevant information, but any further emails from me are left without responses, including me asking for a refund instead of proceeding with the order. Complete silence from them for other a month, I doubt I will see the money paid for that order again.

I waited for a fridge a bit more than 2 weeks however it was stated that item is on hand. But the worst thing is how the delivery were performed – the fridge just was left on the road near building entrance! Do you think that it is normal way of working? Do not you think that such a big items require delivery to a flat? You even did not notify that it will be done that way. That was first and the last time I purchase something here. For those who read this – think twice.
