I want to express my appreciation for Jeff’s excellent work in successfully extracting all my data from my damaged external hard drive.

However, I encountered an issue with pricing inconsistency on two occasions while working with Computronic. I would advise anyone considering their services to ensure they request written quotes throughout the process to avoid similar issues.
Initially, I was quoted $50 for a new external hard drive, but the price increased to $60 the following week. Jeff acknowledged this discrepancy and honored the original $50 price, which I appreciated.

The cost of the data extraction service also experienced a similar discrepancy. When I initially gave the go-ahead for the extraction, I was quoted $280. However, the price increased to $380 the following week. Contrary to Jeff’s assertion that I must have misheard, this is not the case.

While I am satisfied with the quality of Jeff’s work, the inconsistency in pricing was a source of frustration. Clear communication and transparency in pricing are crucial for customer satisfaction and should be a priority for Computronic moving forward.”

Threw away my computer considered abandoned due to my long reply time of 8 months. Yes motherboard was broken but still had many salvageable parts of working video card 2070, RAM, CPU Intel i5, Mini case, PSU Corsair 800W, in total worth $500+ resell value at least. Finally could return with money to get replacement. No recompense offered. Says would’ve kept if I’d called. Wish I was just called a reminder warning would be disposed of, instead of it silently happening.

You were in the trusted position, and couldn’t even give one direct warning. Relying on your disclaimer is technically and legally correct, and still bad behaviour. I sympathize with the burdens of your business, and still think you’re more in the wrong than me.

Got my gaming laptop fan replaced here a few months ago after putting it off for so long and i wish i had come earlier. I’m SO happy with the service, fast amazing work, quick replies and good prices. You can tell they’re professionals that know exactly what they’re talking about and you can tell they use high quality replacement parts as well. My quality of life has improved so much since getting their service, and now my laptop functions even better than it did when it was brand new. I’m thankful for their services every single day when i use my computer.
